Amazing house! Has everything you could possibly need. Extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Located just blocks away from great restaurants and shopping. We have been to PEI many times but never stayed in Charlottetown, so happy we did. Would highly recommended.
Great communication with hosts when needed and they left a cute little welcome gift which my kids loved.

Loved our stay at Sugarberry. Dave and Mei were wonderful hosts — clear communication, lots of helpful info, and an early check‑in that made things easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a nice coastal feel. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we could walk to all the downtown spots. Definitely recommend.

David and Mei’s house was more than perfect. Our whole family had such a wonderful time, the beach is amazing. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves all week, it’s absolutely peaceful. In the house the sunroom was our absolute favorite place, it changes everything to be able to see the sunset everyday from the house. The kids would also play a lot in there. It’s also very sound proof so babies can sleep peacefully inside the house while older kids have lots of fun.

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Dave and Mei’s. They are super friendly and responsive. If we needed anything or had a question, they got back to us right away.
The property is very quiet and private with a hot tub and access to kayaks and paddleboards. We did use the beach below and had a great time.
Highly recommended.

Wow, quelle belle maison et que dire de la magnifique vue!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos jeunes enfants! La plage juste en bas accessible à pied était super pratique lorsque nous voulions rester à la maison. On a même pu observer des phoques avec les jumelles et une petite famille de renards qui s'amusait sur le terrain au grand bonheur des enfants. La cuisine est aussi très bien équipée pour cuisiner de bons plats. Le coup de coeur c'est vraiment la belle pièce vitrée pour profiter de la vue sans être directement dehors.
Les environs sont également vraiment jolis avec de super bons petits restaurants et de jolies boutiques!

Dave and Mei's place was a stunning home for our PEI vacation. The property is located right in the beach and features stunning views at all times of day, but especially sunset. The house is well equipped and you can tell that thought and care has been put into the home. Additionally it is located in a great location, with most sites we wanted to visit being less than 45 minutes away and incredibly close to some of the most beautiful beaches, specifically Basin Head and Greenwich, the Inn at Bay Fortune, and a beautiful spa. Dave and Mei are also very easy to communicate with and we're very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

Was such a great place for us for our family vacation to PEI. We were a very short walk to all the good restaurants and sites in Charlottetown. While the house is rather remote, St. Peter’s Bay still had wonderful places that were close by to buy delicious seafood and good bites! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Dave and Mei are amazing hosts who answered all of our questions often in less than an hour or even minutes sometimes. It was our first time with Airbnb so we had lots of questions!! The hosts were even helpful in planning a place to stay on the way to the property for our 2 day drive! The local information provided by Dave and Mei enriched our stay in the area. This is a beautiful and comfortable newly constructed home in the old part of town. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, galleries and taking in the great architecture in this small city.

The beach house is really lovely. Comfortable and clean, the screened in porch is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset. We enjoyed the short walk to the quiet beach, and the national park nearby is easy to get to and well worth a visit. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Julio’s is a great spot for fish and lobster. 🦞

As for the local - it’s exactly like the pictures! A secluded spot with a gorgeous beach that we all wish we could have called home longer. If you’re hesitating- don’t! If the weather cooperates this spot is perfection

Place was great! Good location, clean, comfortable, had plenty of extra towels and anything else we needed. Hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to messages. We noticed the bbq was out of propane and they brought over some more and got the backyard sorted for a bbq before dinner time! Only downside was only one key for several guests, but that was easy to manage. Would stay here again!

The cottage has an amazing location. A couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach down a pathway from the cottage. You can sit inside or on the screened-in porch & have wonderful ocean views. It’s quiet & peaceful which we were looking for.
The kitchen is fully equipped & we even enjoyed freshly cooked lobster on the bbq.
The cottage has a lovely beachy feel.
