Dave & Mei were great hosts. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. You could see the ocean from almost every room. We had many dinners in the screened-in-porch. Terry G

Dave and Mei's place was a stunning home for our PEI vacation. The property is located right in the beach and features stunning views at all times of day, but especially sunset. The house is well equipped and you can tell that thought and care has been put into the home. Additionally it is located in a great location, with most sites we wanted to visit being less than 45 minutes away and incredibly close to some of the most beautiful beaches, specifically Basin Head and Greenwich, the Inn at Bay Fortune, and a beautiful spa. Dave and Mei are also very easy to communicate with and we're very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay again.

Dave & Mei made us feel welcome from the second we booked. Reaching out with local guides which were helpful for planning, being welcomed with handwritten welcome notes and some local goodies, and ensuring there were toys left out for our littles. It was the perfect stay at such a relaxing location. We absolutely loved it

The home was exactly like the listing, private, beautiful view of ocean and comfortable. Dave & Mei were extremely helpful, caring and responded quickly. Thank you for being part of one of the best vacations my family and I have ever been on. We will definately be back.

The beach house is really lovely. Comfortable and clean, the screened in porch is a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset. We enjoyed the short walk to the quiet beach, and the national park nearby is easy to get to and well worth a visit. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Julio’s is a great spot for fish and lobster. 🦞

Beautiful beach house in private area that is also close to many great spots. We enjoyed several rounds at Crowbush which was only 20mins away. Dave and Mei were excellent hosts. We will be back for sure.

The cottage has an amazing location. A couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach down a pathway from the cottage. You can sit inside or on the screened-in porch & have wonderful ocean views. It’s quiet & peaceful which we were looking for. The kitchen is fully equipped & we even enjoyed freshly cooked lobster on the bbq. The cottage has a lovely beachy feel. Dave & Mei are amazing hosts. They responded right away to every question we asked. And they’re so friendly! We loved every minute of our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time as a family at Dave and Mei’s Oceanside home. The beach was spectacular, as were the sunrise and sunsets. House was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would love to come back sometime

Summer by the Sea is truly a little slice of paradise! We had an unforgettable stay with the kids. The house is spotless and located in an exceptional setting. The tranquility, nature, and beauty of the place create a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The beach is large and stunning, ideal for the kids who loved discovering treasures in the sea. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and always available. We fell in love with PEI! We will definitely be back, it was perfect!

Fantastic house ideal for large families or groups. Private swimmable sandy 3 km beach ideal for kids and long walk. The kitchen was very well appointed and the kids and parents appreciated the games and toys. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go back. Highly recommend!
